Wildlife in Africa
One of the better known animals in Africa is the plains zebra, which once roamed the continent from South Africa to Ethiopia.
Novadays, still around, but less numerous it forms part of the large migration in Masai Mara, Kenya and Serengeti Tanzania.
Its two cousins, the Grevys zebra and the mountain zebra are found in northern Kenya and Namibia, south western Africa.

Mandrills are very colourful monkeys that live in the rain forest of Congo and Gabon.
They are very social and form groups that sometimes counts several hundred individuals.
Lope national park in Gabon is known for the very large groups of mandrills living there.
