A new national park called Dorob national park was proclaimed in Namibia in December 2010, The location of the park is between the Namib Naukluft national park in the south and the Skeleton Coast Park in the north. The continues area of several parks along the Namibian coastline is called the Namib-Skeleton Coast National Park and covers apprx 108000 sq. km, which is a little less than 1/3 the size of the Ahaggar National Park in Algeria.
